Accuracy
Our quality control program is designed to ensure exceptional accuracy, with every piece we produce checked several times by our personnel. Our quality control team consists of more than a dozen experienced professionals, and our quality control manager is certified to AWS, D1.1 and CWB 47.1 standards and has more than 30 years of experience. In addition, all of our major equipment is CNC controlled with accuracy + or - 1/32” electronically, and we fabricate to tolerances of no greater than 1/8”. As a result, our field error rate is extremely low compared to industry standards.
